The Best “Worst” Seating On A Plane

Many people think that sitting by the window or the aisle toward the front is the best thing when flying on a plane. However, there is one tip that you may not believe. Many frequent flyers actually prefer the window seat in the very back of the plane. And this seat is right by the toilets. Some may be annoyed by the possible foul smells, but there are some advantages to being in the back.

One of the many benefits is not having someone kicking your seat in the middle of a flight right before you are about to fall asleep. Sure, you will not be able to sit back and recline your seat as far as you would like. Another benefit is not getting hit by the trolley when it passes by for food and beverages. And speaking of food and beverages, you get them first if you are at the back of the plane. Sounds like a win-win to us.

Passengers will not hit you on the way to their seats either. As you lean in the corner of the airplane and fall asleep, you will not notice anything else and remain relatively undisturbed. Many times, by being at the back of the plane, you will not have others sitting near you, if you are dealing with assigned seating. Talk about extra legroom!

Lastly, if you are not a fan of kids, sit in the back. You will not have to deal with crying little ones because they sit them together, usually up front. So, book your ticket at the back of the plane today.
